Waitlist Information
Please Note: Joining our waitlist is not the same as contacting us directly. The waitlist is simply used to notify you when puppies of your selected breed become available and are posted on our website.
If you have questions, would like to discuss future litters, or are interested in learning more about a specific breed, please contact us directly. We encourage you to both join the waitlist and reach out to us so we can better assist you in finding the right puppy for your family.
Puppy Reservations & Visits
Please note that a puppy is not considered reserved until a deposit has been received and confirmed. Website updates and email responses may not always occur simultaneously, so availability can change.
Pony Tails Kennel operates by appointment only.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our dogs, we do not accept unannounced visits. If an appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not travel to the kennel without a confirmed appointment.
Our Commitment
We are dedicated to placing our puppies in loving, suitable homes. For this reason, we reserve the right to discontinue communication at any time if we believe a placement may not be the best fit for the puppy or family involved.
